	We seem to get this question repeatedly. I think the OP means a speed bump / sleeping policeman? The idea seems pretty bonkers to me, but then, I am just a simple cat, and the idea of a seminar about it seems (bonkers)ⁿ (where n is large and positive). I think the wear and tear issues would probably outweigh any recovered energy. Although maybe you could generate enough power for an illuminated sign saying. 	Sorry to disagree with the cat. The light will illuminate for a few microsecond after I have passed the speed breaker, so what good will it do to me. Better to have a light approximately 20 meters from the breaker saying "You @$%^ your suspension/shock absorber needs replacement turn left on the crossing 100meters away" BTW: do they call it sleeping policeman or you really run over sleeping policemen ?
