Mass. Builder's License

my name is donald k roche. i have a mass. buildere license. the licence has added value. who determines that value. i was a member of the ironworkers union and worked at a shipyard that is now closed.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but it sounds like you're trying to figure out who determines the value of your Massachusetts Builder's License. Is that right?

Sounds like a question posed by a soon-to-be X-wife's attorney trying to place value on his license during divorce proceedings....been there before, unfortunately.
