Or Aluminum.

Or a combination of the two.

Depending on ratios, you will want a bunch of both. Check googoo website.

By the way, how is the Red River level? Starting to drop yet?

Air cooling coils are not easy to design "from scratch." There are many variables and assumptions. From a factory standpoint, it makes more sense to manufacture some samples, test their actual performance, build a data base, and then make ratings from that. Such information tends to be proprietary.

2 TR air conditioner is usually air cooled and dx type. Evaporator is basically a heat exchanger. Inside tube ( generally Copper) the refrigerant evaporates. The heat for evaporation is taken from the return air thereby producing air conditioning. In order to improve the heat transfer area fins usually of aluminum are provided. Fins can be smooth, wavy or louvered. Each type has its own heat transfer coefficients. Manufacturing method is similar to the heat exchanger manufacturing method. The project feasibility depends upon the number of units to be manufactured.
