my dad used to be an industrial painter, he had to paint galvanized lampposts at one time and over ordered mordant solution, there were still a few in his shed when we sorted it out

http://www.icipaints.co.uk/products/info/dulux_trade_mordant_solution.jsp

I have a demijohn of the stuff in my garage (I have a use for it)

it etches the galvanized surface to allow the paint to stick

Where? When? How many coats? How will you pay? Who will arrange for travel expenses (should I put into bill ?) ? How many sqft ?

Please give all details including the paint specification so that an estimate may be forwarded to you.

The work will start after 75% payment, rest 25% as the work progresses.

What's missing from your original post is context.

Normally people post here with questions, I assumed you wanted to know about HOW to paint galvanized metal, and someone who attempted to paint it without mordant solution would find that the paint peeled off sooner rather than later.

It appears from your response you wanted a quote.

I can't help you with that.
