My question is in context with the Allowable load over nozzles given in the licenser's specification. I want to know the same load of nozzles(Axial + Moments) should need to transfer over the equipment. Since, when we putting the nozzle load over complete vessel, Foundation load increased by 50%.

I understood.

My answer remains: Yes.

Think about basic statics/equilibrium, and even Newton's Third Law - for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
