API Monogram for Pipes

Hi,

Can any one please advice me on how to proceed for obtaining API certification and monogram for our Spirally Welded Pipes? We have all required manufacturing and QA/QC set up on ground. Whom to approach in API, to start with would be a good help at this satge.
