I am trying to find a waterless, non-flammable, glass cleaner (rinse) to clean the inside of insulated glass units (thermopane windows) after they have lost their seal and are fogged up from H2O condensation. After washing (rinsing) the inside of the unit we suction out the solvent and install a replaceable 4 angstrom molecular sieve desicant to absorb any "new" H2O moisture. The 4A desicant will absorb water but the cleaner/rinse can remain. Please e-mail or post any suggestions or questions about restoring insulated glass units.
