Liquid Chlorine Calculation

kindly describe how much quantity of liquid chlorine will be added in 20 litres of water

if presence of chlorine is 20% in liquid chlorine solution

That wholly depends upon the concentration you wish to have in the mixture, which you did not state in your post.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

In most cases, no chlorine is added to the water. Perhaps you are trying to disinfect. We just do not know the project requirements.
