How KERNEL POLYNOMIAL EQ. decides hyperplane of SVM.

Hi all,

I being a instrumentation Engineer, don't have idea about KERNEL POLYNOMIAL EQUATION, also how it is related to STATE VECTOR MACHINE , or STATE VECTOR REGRESSION. If anybody know about this pls send the address of site, or directly mail me back.
