how to select the ammeter with co-ordination of the current transformer?

Actually, I do it the other way around. I select the Ammeter for what I want to display, then I select a Current Transformer so that the normal value I am looking for falls roughly into the middle of the Ammeter range. For example, if I have a system that can deliver 1000A but normally puts out about 600A, I select an ammeter that will show 0-1200A so that my normal reading is in the middle but I have some room to show overload. then I use a 1200:5 CT.

GA, and good practice. The ammeter actually measures 0-5 amps; in effect the selection involves simply a dial to match the CT ratio.
