First, did you mean to say "Matlab"? Anyway, looks like these are not "freeware" programs, so asking for them for "free" is what we call "software piracy", and we're not in the habit of assisting in such behaviour. Try the demo versions of the software, and if it does what you need it to do, buy it like the rest of the paying customers do.

Ecodial program is downloadable from Schneider web site.
