If you don't already know how to do this job, I suggest that you don't try using a manual. I think that the guys who spent 10 or 15 yesrs learning this skill would agree. Thats good advice.

thanks for the useful comments .One if dont know doesnt mean dont try to .I am working in MV/LV up to 13.8kV but i am trying to learn more now in HV/MV area .Of course it will take time but thousand mile journey start from single step :)

Totally agree, every human being is not born with an electrical degree ,so start learning no matter what the odds are. Motivation and perseverance is two qualities needed to reach your goals in life.So soldier on .
