just use the steam generated and condense it and use the condensed water dont they ?

  1. Collect seawater in a lagoon or tank.
  2. Detonate a nuclear bomb inside said lagoon or tank.
  3. Water within lagoon or tank vaporizes instantly, leaving dissolved solids behind.
  4. Condense water for use (oops, it's contaminated by radiation.... Uh oh, what do we do now?)
