Siemens CUVC Drive Communication With Drive Monitor

I have a Siemens simovert CUVC drive "6SE7031-OEE60".

This drive is not getting online with "Drive monitor (version 5.0.4)".

This drive monitor is absolutely working fine with other siemens drives.

Can anybody guide me, what could be the problem?

If u can afford a shutdow of drive, pl shut it down and check the card physical installation and connector pins . Mostly , it has to do with a physical condition of control cards. Else contact service engr.

The CU card needs to be reset and I agree it is a seating problem. If not replace the card. Check humidity and environmental conditions. Is the drive fan working?

Thanks for your prompt reply,

The drive i mentioned is in operation, so dont think it was not properly seated.

I resetted the drive 2-3 times also.
