PVC Glands

HI friends..........Please educate me about the pros & cons of using PVC glands in industrial lamps, extention boards (1 phase or 3 phase)etc. instead of metal glands.

Dear samad,it doesn't help in knowing the applications of PVC glands,its advantages or disadvantages....hope somebody have better clarifications..........
