The question is far too broad for any answer. Each material has advantages and disadvantages, depending on the particular application you have in mind.

You should research each of them and make your own, informed decision.

Devlon is just a kind of nylon. One disadvantage is that nylon is hygroscopic. I don't know about PEEK.

PEEK is a high performance engineering thermoplastic that is very expensive.
