can anyone suggest any vendor for drilling of 0.25mm

0.25mm twist drills may be found at most good model shops.

material to be drilled? depth? that will decide the method of material removal. It may be normal drilling in simplest case to Electrodischarge drilling (EDM of ECM) to more hi-tech ends.

For any type search for the vendors in the local region.
