Use the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manual supplied with it when it was purchased.

typical causes of faults in the drive are ..... incorrect parameter settings (e.g. wrong motor data), [an incorrect AI signal level [0(2)-10 V or 0(4)-20 mA], an incorrect AI signal jumper setting](for abb drives), incorrect sizing, meaning, the drive unit is too small for the application, excessive ambient conditions (e.g. too high or too low temperature), the supply network (e.g. the voltage drops or there are missing supply phases), Motor cables that are too long, and improperly functioning safety or limit switches.......if anything in ur drive contradicts the above then u ll find the solution.........if not then u gotta go to plan B.........usually qualified electricians are allowed to maintain the drive. The drive is not field repairable. Never attempt to repair a malfunctioning drive; contact your local representative or Authorized Service Center for replacement
