Useful Softwares to Learn EEE

Hi , My brother s doing Electrical Engineering in TamilNadu,India. He wants to know what are the softwares to be learn for Electrical Engineer? Thank You.,

1. MATLAB- it is must!!!

2. Power World , MiPower, DiGSilient etc.

3. Schematics, PSpice

4. Electric CAD

5. COMSOL

He will need to use these softwares for his engineering studies as well as at work later. Again it is not limited to what I listed above.
