respected sir i am the student of b.tech 1st year and i want to become a cbi officer. so, can you please tell the way to become the cbi officer. thank you

This thread is one of several on the same subject. This search result of "Search all of CR4" shows the same question discussed and answered many, many times.

A CBI officer in India must be prestigious, or paid a generous salary! Perhaps both.

I would think an investigator would be able to navigate the internet?

First thing you need to do is get out from the engineering college and join for any other degree course. Because bachelor degree is need only 3 years. For engineering degree, you need to spend more time than arts and other science degrees.

2. After getting your degree, write board exams for IPS selection. or join any training college before that.

3.Then government will decide after you getting the IPS, where to deploy you in CBI or Police.
