What is the Stating Frequency of Microwave (From 300MHz, or 1 GHz or 4GHz , 6GHz)

I misread the question and thought you meant what frequency does a microwave work at ( 2.45GHz) b.c its the resonant Freq of water, and I dont think you can delete a reply once u post it.

wht is the strat frequenvy of the microwave frequency?

Ex: The audio frequency strats from 20Hz.
