How to calculate Blank Size Before Thread Rolling

Can you please help me to find out what will be blank size before thread rolling of bolt. Exa: for m45x4.5 what is the blank size, for m24x2.00pitch what will be the blank size. Please reply

Hello,

Hole diameter is equal to the diameter less the pitch of the thread in millimeters.
