What 17th edition?...do you mean IEEE, BS 7671. who advised you that to take a course for learning that. with, 35 years of experience your time is over already for retirement. Your children and grand children should take care of you now.

I have no idea what 17th Edition refers to, but SHAME on you for suggesting that 35 years is time for retirement. I changed careers after 32 successful years in my first profession. That was 15 years ago, and I don't plan to 'retire' any time soon. If you find a job doing something you enjoy doing, then it isn't 'work'!

My sugession is based on the indian condition and culture. Note that he was working as an electrician, not any white collar job. He is tired . I know that In UK,US situation is different. ( I have seen a CV of english, who started career at age of 11 years. Not joke)
