Eccentric Reducer Layout Development from Plate

There are three elements that are to be considered"

1. The diameter of the small end circle

2. The diameter of the large end circle

3. The length of the finished reducer

Convert the diameter of both circles to two straight lines the length of the individual circumferences.

Place these two lines on a large piece of paper the same distance apart equal to the length of the reducer.

Cut it out and roll it up to test. Correct as required.

If it is okay then use it as a pattern.
