Diesel Generator sets

Good Friends.

answer the following Diesel generator set questions thanks.

Q1. A poorly maintain . injection pump increases fuel consumption by 4GMS/KWh.

Q 2. a faulty nozzle increases fuel consumption by 2GMS/KWh.

Q 3.blocked filters increases fuel consumption by 2GMS/KWh.

explain how do we calculate to get, 4GMS/KWH, 2GMS/KWh, and 2GMS/KWh respectively

I doubt that these values were calculated. Each of these conditions would occur and grow gradually, so the numbers would vary over time. These sound like average or guideline values derived from experience. They give a rough idea of the worth of maintenance.
