And our next aim is to have a new software for pump designing. And fortunately I am appointed in this project team to provide mechanical support. And I am here to have a chrystal clear procedure in pump designing, such as equations, objectives, criterias, operating conditions,.etc.. I hope you people will help me.

The subject is too broad to be treated in even a series of comments the BEST for you is to take a couple of books and study the different aspects of pump design (hydrodynamics, flow analysis, cavitation, friction, turbulence,...., also the "machine design" aspects as shaft dimensioning for stress and stiffness, bearings, seals, compatibility, aso) since making a soft package your company assumes a responsibility and if you as "consultant" are not aware of all details the risk can very high as well for them as for your future.

In case that you do not understand some aspects (limited) then you may ask and we will support you. The basic work has to be done by you.

It is not a problem of being kind or not with students, it is a problem of student on interest, if one gets everything pre-chewed and does not understand only apply then it is for him against the preparation of his future as engineer. In fact by this attitude we HELP the individual development for professional activity.

The previous posters are correct. What you want usually takes a couple of years of college and a couple years of on-the-job experience. You are asking us to infuse you with the knowledge of a veteran pump designer. It's impossible to do, and as nick name has said won't help you in the long run.

Do the work.
