option#1. IEEE 81

option#2. Outsource staff who capable to do it.

option#3. Award this job to a professional team.

I think it should be IEEE 80 and not IEEE 81.

IEEE 80 is

IEEE Guide for Safety

in AC Substation Grounding

and IEEE 81 is:

IEEE Guide for Measuring Earth

Resistivity, Ground Impedance, and

Earth Surface Potentials of a Ground

System

Contact SGI Engineers who are specialist in earthing with core strength in high resistivity soil areas and where space is a constraint. west@sgihouse.com
