Powerwizard 1.0 password

06/16/2010 1:41 PM

Sallam Alaikum,

Currently want to change the response of a generator control panel named Powerwizard 1.0.

Password is required to do this.

If the Will of the Almighty guides any experience to this path, let a say be heard.

If you are the registered owner of the machine, the manufacturer of the controller should be able to help. If not, Divine intervention may be the only way.

Thanks Doorman,

Restraint isn't one of my strong points, either.

PowerWizard is a product of F.G. Wilson, an Irish generator builder, it is not a registered product, password is only to protect generator from changing critical parameters,

password usually is setup by the commissioning engineer, not by the manufacturer,

however there is a master password, you can contact your FGWILSON local dealer with the serial number of your engine. gen set , they will provide you a master password, at your own responsibility.

In Nigeria i can suggest this FGW dealer:

www.jubailibros.com

you will find their phone number and email adress, they will help you, but not for free

Good luck

Not so sure about this but I thought that all the parameters for the generator are set on the change - over switch and not on the control panel. Which change-over switch do you have (MTI, ATI, CTI)? For the ATI and CTI you need a password but for MTI no password required.
