The level of chlorine in a swimming pool doesn't really need to be too accurate. Which is sort-of-why redox is used.

You know, the use of the word "for" in the OP's question could possibly be read as "I want a chlorine sensor that is more accurate than the redox method that is used in swimming pools".

Taken that way, he's not looking to measure chlorine in pools.

Maybe, maybe not. I'd think that if the OP wanted to test some other solution they would have provided more information.

Oh, never mind. What am I thinking?

As PWSlack says, why? It's a waste of time.

The OP has an alternative system in mind, amperometric; he's electronic and measurement savvy, so what's the question?
