For a nuclear facility, how do we test leak tight door.

What are you testing this "...leak tight door" for?

There is an inferrence it is radiation, but I am uncertain.

Put some radioactive material on one side of the door and a Geiger counter on the other?

Or use a supply air fan to pressurize the space on one side, and spray a soap solution on the other side to look for bubbles.
