Try a product called efficientpim free, that might work, I don't have the link but if you google efficient pim there are many download sites.

Here is another that may work for you (crippled, free version):

Or browse the Personal Information Managers (PIM), and the best free software for everything else @

http://www.google.com/search?aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=google+calendar the google Calendar, lets you set individual & recurring events

you can have email alerts sent to your inbox

you can access your calendar from anywhere online

I have 3 different ones. I can look at all of them at once or individually

You'll get more traction looking for tracking software...

Is it just for you or for a group of people? For my 'spare time' occupation we have a Yahoo forum, it's free & includes a calendar for events as well as the usual message posting. You can get it to e-mail alerts to all members ahead of events.

that sounds good as well as the others.

It for a driving school so i can let others know what i am doing and they can book and move lessons via the internet.

then i can update it on the move, or end of the day,

I'm not sure what else I can tell you, you sign up at Yahoo.

You can post messages & there are separate places to add files, photos, links & a database for member e-mail addresses. The calender lets you add events which you can view as day, month, year or an event list.

It's all free, either give it a try or join an existing forum to see how it's used.

If your business has a website, you can put a calendar on your website with a login required to edit the calendar. There are several free versions available, or your hosting service may have a "canned" script already available. If you use a web design company, they would almost certainly have a calendar script available.

Another option is http://www.calendars.net/. Free, with multiple levels of security available.
