Where may I look to find someone to build a prototype of a plastic cylinder that has four rotating compartments inside?

I may be able to help. If you have a 3D model of it shoot it to me. If you don't, send me a hand sketch of what you need with a few dimensions and I will draw it up for you. If it is not too complicated I can build you a prototype for the cost of the materials. Hope this helps.
