Hi,

what about making your laser-cutting-machine better and/or using better diamond quality?

Can you post some pictures on the cutting set up.

What is your cutting substrate?

The shock free holding of the substrate should be crucial including steady state of your cutting tool fixers.

Vibration during cutting is the main cause of breakages- the strongest diamond is brittle and so it cracks it seems.

If your cutting substrate is again hard and brittle they can crack each other[Diamond and substrate]

Wet substrates[ wet wood than dry wood] should be easier and smooth to cut.

You also think of slowing the speeds if possible.

Try silicon emulsions for improved life of diamond, since it is heat resistant.

It is highly inadvisable to post an e-mail address in an international forum. E-mail addresses are easily harvested by spambots. They quickly bombard it with advertisements for non-prescription pharmaceuticals, scam requests to update on-line banking details, links to matters of an intimate nature and scams purporting to be about getting large sums of money out of Nigeria, rendering the address practically useless.
