Engine Calibration Program?

Hii, I am Mechanical Engineer working for VW group. However I want to do PG in Engine calibration from Germany. Want to know, is there any scope for it & please suggest which university offering such PG ?

The only PG that i know about is the tea bags. so i will now go and have a cup.
