Cement Silos Steel Fabricated

Pl note that i want design of steel fabricated nut bolted cement silos not
welded capacity 2000m tons each total 5 nos, along with air arration system
to avoid cement blokage,spacificatins,maximum height 14 meters clear space
required 4 meters from the ground level to the discharge cone of cement silo
for the filling of cement bulkers by gravity. I also required design of
concreat foundation for these cement silos.

Which budget do you have to buy the plans or make people do this work for you ?

  1. Where is the location?
  2. Do you have in-house fabrication?
  3. Do you have 2 cranes 2 M-Ton lifting&holding at top of 25m ?If else, what?
  4. What width Carbon Steel plates 6,8,10,12,16 mm thick xL= ?can you get at location?
  5. What Yield Point- say Kg/mm-sq material readily available of above plates?
  6. Are you more concerned for Time-of Completion oir Total Cost?
  7. What is the location's Soil Condition-Clay,Sandy, rocky
  8. What is the water Table depth?
  9. Will you pay for 1 trip all-found+$2000 fees?

Not Welded Steel,

Not RCC

Not Ferrocement:
