That is information that will have to come from the manufacturer. If you can find out the materials in the package, you could possibly be able to estimate the average heat capacity from the package's general construction.
However, I believe that the fastest and easiest way to get this information is from the manufacturer. They undoubtedly have lots of thermal data developed while the product was in testing. If there's a chance you will be buying chips from them, they will help.
