Pressure Reducing Valve Design

In pressure reducing valve design is reinforced rubber suitable for lpg application. can any one suggest me. Also please give the details for others

Just go by a gas grill and reverse engineer the regulator.

ignore the other replies....

For LPG which contains Butane, natural rubber should not be used, as it will be attacked and perish.

You will need a special plastic compound as butane is extremely 'hard' on plastics, I think Viton is the material of choice but please check with a pneumatic supplier of valves for use with butane and propane.

No, you should not use re-rubber, you should use either teflon (PTFE) or viton. Please check with supplier for alternatives.

Nitrile is a good rated product for compatability.
