Limitation For Maximum Of Root Welding Reinforcement (After Welding)

dear all,

After flange neck to pipe welding with tig(gtaw),root welding reinforcement is +2~3mm then this value(+2~3mm) is accept or reject? if this value is accept or reject , i want to know what ASME code to look for root welding reinforcement's maximum.

The Max. Weld Reinforcement as per ASME VIII, Div. 1, UW-35(d) :

For groove welds, the thickness of the weld reinforcement on each face shall not exceed the following :
