Simatic Manager - Difference Between User Project and Libraries

I am the beginner for simatic manager. Can anyone explain to me what is the different between user project and libraries.User project that we are create what about libraries.

I can't answer this one but I have worked with Siemens tech assist via their phone contact at 1-800-333-7421 for questions like this with great success.

hello

the libraries contains the matrial already made by siemens like I/O modules and drives which you can add by just drag and drop in the hardware configuration
