Fillet Welding

is fillet welding joint or butt welding joint to the branch welding between weldolet or sockolet with pipe ??

If you are using a weldolet fitting, it is a butt weld. With a sockolet fitting, it is a fillet weld.

It seems to me that you are not aware of the purpose of codes and standards

Piping systems are designed and repaired in accordance with a generally accepted set of rules.

Contained within these rules are different types of acceptable branch designs and the welding requirements of each type.

As you would expect, the welding requirements for a low pressure branch is different than the requirements for a high pressure branch. Different types of materials (copper, steel, aluminum) have different strengths and different branch designs.
