NXT - Downloading Files

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP i cant download the files for Mindstorms Tiltedtwister to my NXT every time i try to do so a little box pops up and ses................. LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT encountered an error opening the program file at "C:\Documents and settings\Hazza\My Documents\tiltedtwister\tiltedtwister.rxe".
