	This PLC site is very good for the learners: http://www.thelearningpit.com. You can download the free version of the PLC simulator which almost similar like working in real PLC program. 	Well if you are from India there is a government institute in Ramanthapur hyd. (ATI EPI) just 1 week course, PLC s cost more than lakhs it is in lot of series like Allen Bradley, Siemens etc. Its problem in software can even be solved online.
