all alternators are 6.3 kv and should conected through step up ( 6.3 kv / 11 Kv ) transformers to a grid.

our 11 kv side bus always synch. with grid.

It is always a wonder and a thing of great concern when a poster would rely more on the anonymous replies to a question in an international engineering forum rather than the installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided by the original equipment manufacturer particularly, as might be suggested in this case, when the equipment in question is likely to be still under manufacturer's warranty!

The supplier has a reputation to protect. Contact the supplier directly and ask for their guidance!
