Maintenance Manuals for Mitsubishi and Fuji Ozone Generators

I am looking for the maintenance / service manuals and info for Mitsubishi and Fuji ozone generators. I did not find these available on the internet. I have access to used equipment that I could repair but the manuals have been lost by the previous owner.
