Cluster or Muliti chip LED Indicators of various voltages circuit design

Dear Sir:

I am looking forward for a solution for designing a circuit of super bright LED indicators

used in Control panels and signalling devices by using LEDs or Chip LEDs.

Suggest a solution for this.
