My building height is 65mtr, now i want to put lifting machine in Exterior. that machine lifting capacity is. 300kg,

Terrace provision in floor mounted that cantilever is 2.6mtr from the parapet wall, now i want to calculate for wind load, so any one have the formula kindly send me
