Start PU Foam Manufacturing

I'M PLANING TO START PU FOAM (MAINLY USED FOR FURNITURE AND BEDDING)MANUFACTURING PLANT IN TANZANIA.

I NEED TO KNOW IF ANY ONE HAS BEST IDEAS ABOUT

MACHINERY ,

RAW MATERIAL AND MIXING DETAIL,

AND COMPRESSING SYSTEM FOR SHIPPING

IF ANY ONE CAN PROVIDE ANY ADVISE OR HELP TO GET GOING WILL GREATLY BE APPRECIATED.

You should hire a competent plant manager. One experienced in start-ups.

This can't be done on the internet.

It looks like you want us to provide a set of drawings, a bill of materials, process sheets, a customer list, etc.

Perhaps you don't understand the concept of "YOU" starting up a plant. An important part of the process is "YOU" doing it.

Oh,

Go over to the commercial side here, or Search GlobalSpec and advertise for them.

This side just answers questions about velocity and gravity particles.

Don't forget electrical earthing, cable sizing and busbars.....
