	We can now begin the lengthy question and answer part of this thread....where after may questions, we can finally determine what the individual need When is the third world going to understand that the purpose of these fora and the true purpose of these information discussion is in the EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION....!! This is not supposed to be a one-way street !!! Can you imagine a medical forum where people leave questions such as: "I know nothing about surgery....please explain everything. thank you" I am getting tired of this... __________________ We have met the enemy....and he is us.
