Disposing of Water with Oil Content

please could any body tell me what is the oil content in produced water make it allowed to be disposed in open pit in desert according to the regulation

Let's see:

  • What kind of oil?
  • "Make-up water" make-up for what (a boiler, a cooling tower, or what)?
  • What kind of "Open Pit" (Concrete, Stone lined or just sand)?
  • Regulation (what Regulation)?
  • In what Country?
