what are the advantages we get after ac drive tuning with motor?

Harmony.

Depending on the drive and the motor, there are several possible advantages. With a VFD you can moderate the starting current to the motor, ramp it up to speed gradually to avoid shock loads, and skip over any frequency ranges that might otherwise produce resonant vibrations in the driven system.

By tuning it is possible for the VFD to read the motor parameters and offer flux vector control with good speed response & speed accuracy.
